R&R saved our fishing trip. We were fishing up outside of Burney when we realized our brakes were shot. A pad had slipped out and the caliper was grinding directly on the rotor. We headed into Redding on a hope and a prayer, R&R answered our prayers. Not being a local, I started calling around and everyone was booked 2 weeks out. More than one other shop told me to call R&R. We were not disappointed. They got us in, did a full front brake swap, and flushed the entire brake system. The work is warrantied, and completed in a professional workmanship manner. True craftsmanship. Were were treated like old friends and I can honestly say, If I lived in the area R&R would be my regular mechanic. Just would like everyone to know that we had a break problem on our motorhome while traveling over the Siskiyous. We were near Yreka California and called at least 10 different mechanics and shops in the area and no one could help. After contacting a shop in lake Shasta city we were referred to this shop and the owner said he would not leave us hanging as long as we could get there. We got the brake problem resolved good enough to drive 80 miles to the shop which he graciously let us stay in the yard overnight and plugged in our motorhome. The next day they jumped on it and got it fixed by one in the afternoon and we were on the road. I cannot say enough about the owner and the mechanics at the shop they were all really great people and stood tall when it had to happen. My thanks again to R&R auto and truck repair. And an special thanks to Paul.
